Nations, and civilization as a whole, are racing to develop and grow rapidly in order to keep pace with the era of speed. No one wants to be recounted as a third world nation. In all aspects of the country, Saudi Arabia is witnessing a substantial period of growth and innovation led by Prince Mohammed bin Salman – Saudi Arabia’s deputy crown prince, and his Vision 2030. Education is one of the pillars of his plan to see to the advancement of the country. Because education plays a significant role in this vision, the 2018 annual budget for the education sector was SR 192 billion, the equivalent of $51 billion USD (Mohammed, 2018). The research questions guiding this article are:
