A research scholar at Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai. Pursuing Medicinal Natural Products (Pharmacology as Major & Pharmacognosy as Minor). A Gold Medalist graduate in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi.
Started my journey in Pharmaceutical sector as an undergraduate student of B.Pharm, at SPER, Jamia Hamdard, Delhi. With time I developed my interest in Pharmacology, mechanism of drug action, drug development and formulation design. I worked really hard on both my academic and practical skills.
As a result of that, I secured All India 2nd Rank in National Level Pharmacy graduate test conducted by National Testing Agency. With due course of time, I improved my research skills as per the industrial standards and worked as an intern and visiting fellow to various renowned Pharmaceutical companies and Health care units. I received several awards from both the public and private sectors.
To extinguish my thirst of research in Pharmaceutical Sciences I joined as an M. Pharm student (Research Scholar) at the Institute of Chemical Technology.
I'm working on Natural Medicinal Products to serve mankind with the best of health care approaches and drugs that are extracted, isolated, standardized, optimized, and regulated from natural sources.
I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with others. While I enjoy all aspects of my profession, I think my favourite stage of a project is working with the businesses and scientists of interdisciplinary subjects to understand their objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part.
Colleagues know me as a highly creative researcher who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others.
In short, I'm a research scientist working to better understand how natural products can shape the upcoming pharmaceutical businesses. My expertise includes project design and management, data analysis and interpretation, and the development and implementation of research tools. I enjoy generating new ideas and devising feasible solutions to broadly relevant problems. My colleagues would describe me as a driven, resourceful individual who maintains a positive, proactive attitude when faced with adversity. Currently, I’m seeking opportunities that will allow me to develop and promote technologies that benefit human health. Specific fields of interest include Pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, content writing and medical writing.
