Assistant Professor Positions (incl. Model-Based Software Engineering) - University of York

The Department of Computer Science of the University of York has long
had an international reputation for its research, particularly in
terms of industrial impact. In the last Research Excellence Framework
(REF) we were ranked 7th overall, and 5th for impact, out of 89
Computer Science Departments in the UK.
As part of a continuing investment, the Department is now recruiting
four new Lecturers (Assistant Professors). This reflects the
Department's vision for growth and ambition to remain one of the top
Computer Science Departments in the UK.
We wish to appoint excellent and enthusiastic colleagues that can
contribute to our research and teaching activities. They will join an
ambitious expanding Department with a community of academics that
publish in the highest ranked journals and conferences, attract
significant research income and teach to the highest standards. We
welcome outstanding applicants in all areas of computer science,
