The collected papers grounds project-based training philosophy in professional (vocational) education schools, represents the concept for future designers running up to professional life development, provides characteristics to principles of professional activity safety culture forming for future work safety specialists, proves the functional model for students self-management training. Special mention is made to SMART-education issues via highlighted SMART-technologies use quality and specific features diagnostic criteria for interdisciplinary links modeling. Theoretical and methodological aspects for shaping futures specialists’ professional, sociocultural, informative-digital, self-education competences are revealed. There is also the set of papers dedicated to psychological factors of vocational education and training, they are psychological mobility development for future VET teachers, the youngsters’ inner resources studying and specialists professional burnout analysis as a factor for having hypochondriacally disorders. The networking cooperation model in VET sector development in the EU countries is offered, the European experience on creative diffusion measuring for an Economic teacher is outlined. The history-pedagogical analysis of handicraft teachers training in Ukraine is carried out.
