Lectureship/Senior Lectureship/Readership in Information Retrieval, Machine Learning or Data Systems

The Information, Data and Analysis Section in the School of Computing Science is led by Professor Roderick Murray-Smith, and has 13 academics, and 35 Post-Doctoral Fellows, Research Assistants and Ph.D. students active in this area.
Applications are sought from outstanding candidates to develop and lead research of international standard on the topics of Information Retrieval, Machine Learning or Data Systems, with priority being given to candidates who can bridge across more than one of these research areas. Our research is organised in four world-leading groups in data systems, human-computer interaction & machine learning, information retrieval and computer vision & autonomous systems:
