Assistant/Associate Professor in Educational Technology/Learning and Technology

Bogazici University, Department of Computer Education and Educational Technology at the School of Education, invites foreign faculty applications for a full-time educational technology/learning & technology position as an Assistant Professor or Associate Professor starting Fall 2018.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· teach undergraduate courses in educational computing, design and development of educational software, and programming for the web
· teach graduate courses in Educational Technology & Learning Sciences
· advise MA and PhD theses
· supervise preservice teachers in field experiences
· contribute to research and publication in the field
QUALIFICATIONS:
Doctoral degree in educational technology, learning sciences, instructional systems design, learning technologies, or closely related discipline.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
· The salary for foreign faculty is set by the government and depends on the title. The salary for assistant professor is about 11.000TL per month (12.500TL for associate professor). Turkish taxes that vary from month to month are deducted at the source, and thus the net pay may change from month to month.
