Research Associate in Data Science at Savvysherpa, Inc

Savvysherpa is seeking postdoctoral candidates for a research associate position under the direction of Dr. Grant Weller. This position offers opportunities to develop and apply statistical and machine learning methods for novel applications in healthcare in a highly interdisciplinary environment. The position will also provide training at the interface of these methods with real-world products, relying on the envisioned end product and stakeholders to inform methodological approaches. Research backgrounds of particular interest include network analysis, time series forecasting, time-to-event modeling, functional data analysis, and analysis of spatio-temporal data, though candidates from all areas of data science are encouraged to apply. This position carries a company option for extension to a permanent leadership position in Savvysherpa’s research group after one or two years.
