Description

The Computational Linguistics and Information Processing (CLIP)
Laboratory at the University of Maryland is looking for a talented and
productive postdoc to collaborate with us on problems related to
cross-language information retrieval from text and speech. CLIP is an
interdisciplinary research group in the University of Maryland
Institute for Advanced Computer Studies (UMIACS), located on the
university's main campus in College Park, just outside of Washington,
DC. CLIP faculty and students come to the lab from Computer Science,
Information Studies, Linguistics, and Business.
You must have a Ph.D. in computer science, information studies or
equivalent. Research experience in information retrieval, machine
translation, summarization or speech processing would be a strong
