Postdoc/Research Scientist positions at Conduent

The Machine Learning and Statistics group at Conduent Labs – India is seeking researchers with strong technical expertise in the broad areas of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and/or Statistics to participate in exciting research and technology development projects. The research will focus on solving various optimization and decision-making problems that arise from Conduent’s key business domains such as Transportation and Urban Mobility, Healthcare Solutions, Customer Care, and Human Resource Services. Applicants must possess a sound fundamental background in the design and analysis of algorithms, classification, regression and clustering methods, with additional expertise in one or more of probabilistic graphical models, stochastic models, time series modeling, deep learning and decision processes.
The successful candidate will lead/participate in cutting edge research and will apply the highest level of technical competence, analytical, and problem solving abilities in support of original and creative scientific projects of significant business impact. While being an independent thinker and contributor, the candidate will collaborate effectively with top scientists from Conduent Labs, as well as with business and development teams, and open innovation partners in leading academic institutions. In addition to creating valuable intellectual property, the candidate is expected to contribute to the scientific impact of their team by publishing in top-tier conferences and journals.
