Open Research Professor Position in Information and Communication Systems at Inje University

The research group of Prof., Won-Joo Hwang in Computer Network Laboratory (CNL), INJE University performs research in a wide range of aspects in Information and Communication Systems. Specifically, the research area is mostly focusing on (but not limited to) the theory, design and analysis of efficient algorithms using optimization, game and optimal control theory in data communication networks, wireless networks and future internet architecture.
Our Offer:
We offer one non-tenure research professor position. The contract is for two years and can be renewed if minimum requirements is met.
Eligibility:
Candidates must have Ph.D. degree in information/communication systems, computer science, applied mathematics or related fields from an internationally recognized university or institution.
Candidate should have strong background in information/communications systems, wireless networks or mathematics such as optimization theory, game theory, optimal control and dynamic programming, probability and stochastic process.
We require strong commitment to perform research independently as well as taking part in the research of other members in the Lab.
Good speaking and writing skills in English are required.
