Postdoc/Researcher Job at Center of Excellence in Information Assurance
(CoEIA), King Saud University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
CoEIA is the first source of information security research center in the
Arab region that caters renowned experts and researchers with a vision
to conduct world-class research in parallel with internationally
recognized institutes. CoEIA is a constituent department of King Saud
University and has emerged as an encouraging research unit of the
University as well as in the region. CoEIA is continuing a large
expansion in its staff & seeks outstanding Postdoc/researcher to work on
an applied information security and Biometrics Projects. The candidate
should have strong foundations either: information security,
cryptography, multimedia security, digital authentication technologies,
biometrics, or related disciplines etc.
Required Qualifications:
*Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering,
Information Technology, and Information Systems or related fields
*A well-established research track record in information security field
demonstrated by international journal publications (SCI/SCI-E) [IEEE,
ACM, Elsevier, Springer, etc.]
*Demonstrated ability to generate new ideas and innovations in research
*Outstanding communication skills and the ability to develop original
research agendas. Good writing and oral English communication skills are
also required
*Presentation of research results in the form of journal publications,
conference presentations and technical reports
*Strong programming experience in Matlab, C++, and other tools

Successful candidates will be offered 1-year contract as a researcher.
