Engineering and postdoctoral openings at the Paris-Saclay CDS

The Paris-Saclay Center for Data Science opens three interdisciplinary postdoctoral fellowships and two engineering positions:

Postdoctoral applicants should have a Ph.D. in statistics, machine learning, signal processing, or in the appropriate domain science, and the aptitude to work in interdisciplinary teams. Engineering applicants should have an M.Sc. or engineering degree, excellent programming skills, and familiarity with modern software development tools such as version control, unit testing, and continuous integration. Experience with modern data management tools and semantic web technologies (such as RDF) is a plus. Knowledge of French would be helpful but is not required.
The application deadline is December 15, 2014, and the positions have to be filled before March 1, 2015. Interested candidates should contact directly the project managers, listed on the individual project pages.
The Paris-Saclay Center for Data Science is a multi-institution initiative to promote and organize interdisciplinary data science research at the new Université Paris-Saclay (federating three universities, ten engineering schools, and seven national institutes). Most participating institutes are located in Southern outskirts of Paris (although at this point some of them are still remaining in the city of Paris).
